About Us

Oxford HR is a global leadership consultancy dedicated to searching for and supporting remarkable leaders in social and environmental impact organisations.

For over 27 years we’ve been working with mission-driven clients on developing and expanding their teams, improving their board effectiveness and supporting on a range of leadership functions.  

Our passionate, global and award-winning team is hand-picked for their unique experience and interest across the social and environmental impact sector; we truly care about the success of the sector as we have worked in the sector ourselves. They are based across Africa, North and Latin America, Asia and Europe, supported by our regional offices in Amsterdam, Nairobi, Oxford, Singapore and Washington.

We are collegiate rather than hierarchical and often involve the entire organisation in our projects, so you are accessing the wealth of collective knowledge and global networks within our team. We also like to innovate; we are constantly learning how to improve our processes and enjoy utilising new tools and technology. We understand the challenges and nuances of operating in today’s world and work in partnership with our clients to create positive and sustainable change.
