What do we do with the collected information?

  • To process your applications. If you apply for a specific role, we may share relevant information with the employer for that role.
  • To share your profile with Oxford HR colleagues working on similar roles (we will always ask before sharing with other employers).
  • To send emails when new roles are posted.
  • To send newsletters or information on our services, sectors, or Oxygen (our design agency).
  • To use anonymised and aggregated data (which cannot identify you) for research, reporting, or thought leadership purposes, such as analysing candidate assessment trends or sector-wide insights.

How do we protect your information?

Oxford HR will process and store all data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Oxford HR’s Data Protection Policy.

When working with EEA clients the data shall have the same level of protection as we do have in the UK. In the event of the data being transferred outside the EEA, Oxford HR will put a contract in place to ensure information is protected.

Oxford HR will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you provide your personal information in a secure and confidential environment and when the information is no longer needed it will be destroyed or permanently rendered anonymous.

Do we use cookies?

Like most websites, we use cookies to help you navigate efficiently and perform certain functions. Cookies are grouped into the following categories:

  • Necessary and Functional: Required for our website to function. They do not store personally identifiable data.

What is the scope of our privacy policy?

This policy applies only to information collected through our website (https://oxfordhr.com/) and not to information collected offline.

Opt-out clause

You may withdraw your consent for us to store your data or contact you at any time by emailing hello@oxfordhr.com.

We retain recruitment records for up to five years, to support long-term executive search processes and potential future opportunities. Before this period expires, we will contact you to request your consent to continue holding your data. If consent is not given, your personal data will be securely deleted.

Changes to our privacy policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
