Jane joined Oxford HR as an associate in 2023, helping organisations build inclusive workplaces and working with individuals on career purpose.  Jane blends research and 25 years of industry experience working with executives, multinationals, and NGOs.  Jane uses a narrative, strengths-based approach in coaching executives across diverse industries. She has published articles and books across business and academic platforms on women leaders, office politics and building inclusive work environments. She holds a doctorate in leadership education from Bristol University, and has lived, worked, and studied in the U.S., China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
