Gianni studied Music Composition at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Because of his work, he had the chance to meet different cultures from different parts of the world and became interested in the potential of an artistic worldview in helping solve current global issues.
He participated in different initiatives in Latin America focusing on the interaction of music, technology, culture and education. He was the founder and director of Musuq, a non-profit organisation for New Music and new technologies from 2016 to 2020.
