Evelyne Guindon

Evelyne joined Oxford HR in 2021. She brings over 25 years of experience working with International Non-Governmental Organizations. She held executive roles at CARE Canada, Cuso International, Nutrition International, Right to Play, UNICEF Canada and Women Deliver and lectured at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. She served as a strategic advisor to the board and leadership of FIGO. Evelyne brought deep understanding of resource mobilization, communications, governance, and cross-sectoral partnerships to support organizations as they navigated through significant change. She has worked on a wide range of issues including sexual and reproductive health and rights; gender justice; nutrition; food security, environment, health, and humanitarian assistance. She built and executed strategic global evidence-based advocacy efforts that mobilized significant sector wide investments. She is currently the Chair of the board at Results Canada, a grassroots advocacy organization that believes in mobilizing everyday people to generate the political will to end extreme poverty.

Evelyne is fluent in French and English. She has an extensive network in the Canadian and US INGO sector. She understands the challenges and opportunities facing for purpose organizations and their leaders during these fast changing times. Evelyne co-leads on assignments with her partner, Alanna Rondi, to identify, support and place talented, mission-driven professionals with mission-critical organizations. Since 2021, they have led board, executive and senior leadership searches for a wide range of reputable organizations, including African Wildlife Foundation, CARE Canada, Canadian Feed the Children, Centre for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), International Development Research Centre, Oxfam America, Right to Play International, Save the Children Canada, UNICEF Canada and Women Deliver.
