Sharad Gupta

Sharad is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom and joined Oxford HR in December 2022. He holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He has over 15+ years of work experience in core HR with specialisation in implementing HRIT solutions, recruitment and workforce management. He has worked mainly in the IT sector in Accenture, Cognizant Technology Solutions and GE. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional in implementing business process improvements.

He worked at the Green Climate Fund as an IT consultant where he also gained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. At the Fund, he was responsible for drafting ICT policies and implementation of various IT systems such as Ariba and Case management system.

Sharad firmly believes that organisations can achieve success only if they keep their sustainability agenda as one of their top priorities; Green is a requirement and not a ‘nice to have’. Sharad wants to make his humble contribution to the society by working with Oxford HR which is dedicated to serving the needs of the for-purpose and not-for-profit sectors.
