Nataša brings expertise in HR management and a passion for leadership development. As a Team Lead in the Executive Search practice, she partners with mission-driven organizations to identify and recruit transformative leaders. She worked for five years as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte, partnering with global business unit leaders to manage their talent and develop leadership skills at all levels of the organization. Nataša has strong networks in global health, environmental advocacy, and human rights sectors, having led executive placements for organizations such as Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Oceana, and The Syria Campaign. She serves as an Advisory Board Member at Mount Sinai’s Jaffe Food Allergy Institute, advising on strategic decisions related to education and community engagement.
Success in all her roles has required Nataša to collaborate across multi-cultural teams and continually employ her consultative and listening skills to learn and understand the needs of her stakeholders. Becoming a parent has been transformational in her outlook and on her priorities and she now focusses her efforts on supporting leaders who are committed to making an impact on society and the environment.
Nataša obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development at New York University, USA, and her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology at University of Newcastle, UK. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She is fluent in Spanish.
