Nataša Kennedy

Nataša brings expertise in HR management and consultancy and is passionate about leadership development. Nataša worked for 5 years as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte, partnering with global leaders to manage their talent and develop leadership skills at all levels of the organization. Prior to specializing in HR, she worked in the international book publishing industry licensing translation rights across Europe and Asia. Nataša currently serves as Advisory Board Member at Mount Sinai’s Jaffe Food Allergy Institute, advising the Institute’s leadership team on strategic decisions in the areas of education for, and engagement of, the food-allergic community.

Success in all her roles has required Nataša to collaborate across multi-cultural teams and continually employ her consultative and listening skills to learn and understand the needs of her stakeholders. Becoming a parent has been transformational in her outlook and on her priorities and she now focusses her efforts on supporting leaders who are committed to making an impact on society and the environment.

Nataša obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development at New York University, USA, and her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology at University of Newcastle, UK. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She is fluent in Spanish.
