Nataša Kennedy

Nataša brings expertise in HR management and a passion for leadership development. She worked for five years as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte, collaborating with global business unit leaders to manage their talent and develop leadership skills at all levels of the organization. As a Team Lead in our Executive Search practice, she partners with mission-driven organizations to identify and recruit transformative leaders.

Nataša has deep experience in the global health, environmental, and human rights sectors, having led executive placements for organizations such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Oceana, The Syria Campaign and the Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA). Her strong networks across these sectors enrich her ability to connect organizations with impactful leaders.
She serves as an Advisory Board Member at Mount Sinai’s Jaffe Food Allergy Institute, advising on strategic decisions related to education and community engagement.

Nataša obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, USA, and her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Newcastle, UK. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is fluent in Spanish.
