Anne-Catherine has over 25 years of international experience as a recruiter, entrepreneur, and professional trainer in both the non-profit and private sectors. She specialises in senior-level appointments within the “for impact sector”, working with INGOs, foundations, social enterprises, and international organisations. She joined Oxford HR in 2021 and is since 2024, focusing on the sustainability, conservation and ESG sectors.
Previously, Anne-Catherine worked for Mission Talent in executive search, as an entrepreneur in digital innovation, for a slow fashion social enterprise in Vietnam, as the founder of Allo French in South Africa and in the private sector as a recruiter and trainer.
She has helped international organisations such as the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Conservation Funds such as the Legacy Landscapes Fund, Doctors without Borders (MSF) and Greenpeace, among others.
Born Belgian, but having spent half her life overseas, she is used to working across cultures and borders. Apart from 4 months in Colombia and 1.5 years in Vietnam, she has been based in South Africa since 2003, along with her husband and two children.
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and ICHEC (Economics & International Relations), she is fluent in English, French and conversational in German, Dutch and Spanish. When not working you will see her running, cycling, or swimming in nature or playing the piano with her children.
