Andres has worked and lived in the United States, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Ecuador. He has a broad range of managerial experience and his research areas are IHRM (International Human Resources Management) and General Management. He is the author of academic articles and books in the fields of international management and skills assessment. Andrés has created and managed multiple talent acceleration and evaluation programs in multinational companies. With and focus in training & development, Andrés enjoys helping talents to better understand how to manage themselves and others, especially in today’s complex environments.
