Duration	The initial term is three years, with a preference for candidates able to commit for the full duration. Trustees may serve up to two consecutive three-year terms.
Remuneration	This is an unpaid voluntary position. Reasonable expenses for travel and subsistence while on Womankind business are reimbursable.
