Christel has led and delivered an extensive range of assessment and coaching assignments for Oxford HR’s global client base since 2019. She is a senior psychologist with over 25 years’ international experience in leadership effectiveness, individual and organisation development, and assessment to optimise talent management, gained across private, public, consulting and for-purpose organisations. Her D.Phil degree investigated how effective leadership shape culture formation and drive business results. Christel enjoys supporting mission-driven organisations, executives and talented professionals who apply an innovative mindset to addressing some of the world’s complex challenges. She is a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA) and an accredited Test User (BPS). Christel brings a blend of expertise to her work as assessor, consultant and coach; combining theory and practice, and first-hand experience of cultural adjustment and change.
