Claudia joined Oxford HR in 2018. She has a BA in Philosophy and completed a thesis in Critical Theory focused on the characteristics of advanced industrial societies and their main consequences for human development.
Claudia has extensive experience as a teacher, facilitator, study group guide, collaborator in institutional certification processes, coordinator, and project manager. Additionally, she has experience managing global remote teams.
As Head of Operations, Claudia supports the group CEO and by extension the senior management team on a variety of projects focused on data and insights, business process improvement, strategic and business planning, and internal communications.
Claudia has been a volunteer for the Peruvian Ombudsman’s Office in the anti-corruption office. Her main areas of interest are Global Politics, Education, Human Development and Leadership.
