Arni Anwar
Having recently recognized as a Certified Professional by the Institute of Human Resources Professional in Singapore, Arni join Oxford HR in 2022 to start her HR career in executive search as an Associate Researcher. Armed with more than 10 years professional experience in office administration management, she has supported the C-suite level across the Asia region. Based in Singapore Arni is looking to continuously learn in project management and in career coaching.
Michael Rowell
Michael joined Oxford HR in August 2022 and has had a long career working in the NGO, IT and Finance sectors as an Advisor, Manager and Analyst. He has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Economics, qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries and has post graduate qualifications in Information Technology and Financial Planning. His most recent experience over the past 10 years has been working as a Finance Advisor to the field missions of Médecins Sans Frontières in Africa, Asia, and South America.
Cristina Nunez
Cristina is a multilingual, dedicated and friendly professional with broad experience coordinating and organising teams in many different areas such as market research, marketing, human resources, data analysis, administration, student/customer advice, event organisation and international mobility in higher education. She is driven by a passion for travelling, language learning and an eagerness to promote diversity. While living in 6 countries, Cristina gained experience in a variety of roles that have allowed her to acquire and develop skills including problem-solving, time management, adaptability under pressure and in new situations.
Michelle Li Jing
Before join Oxford HR, Michelle worked as business analyst and project manager in an IT company doing ERP system customization and implementation, helping SME businesses to embrace digital transformation. Before that, she worked for a not-for-profit research organization with focus on strategic HR and people analytics.
Michelle is passionate about working with people and believes in that “Everyone shines, given the right lighting.”
