What was your role before joining Oxford HR?

I was the International Director of Search and Leadership for SRI Executive

What do you feel you can bring to clients?

I am told they feel they have a safe pair of hands if I am leading their search, and as an executive coach, clients often say I helped them think laterally about the direction their career is going to take them down a better path.

What issue/s keep you awake at night?

I can worry that every detail is covered….especially with several searches going on. And I have a disabled but highly professionally successful daughter. She has had 12 surgeries and will probably have at least two or three a year forever. You’re only as happy as your least happy child. But she never complains so I learn from her.

What qualities would you find in a great leader?

Tough empathy, kindness, humility, openness, accessibility, expresses appreciation for good work, with sensitivity helps to improve when things go off plan.

What book have you read most recently?

The Nightingale by Kirsten Hannah. No one should miss this glorious story of hardship and retribution.

Who would be your dream client?

UNOPS were my dream client. Accessible, kind, understanding of glitches, appreciative, well paying and modest. The Executive Director was on every search call and highly engaged.
