Veska Uzunova

Veska is a business psychologist, experienced facilitator, and mentor with 11 years in the HR profession, carrying out global cultural change initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organisational effectiveness. She specialises in coaching, staff wellbeing and leadership development with global clients from the media, tech, food & beverages industries. Veska has two psychology degrees and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management & the CIPD.

Veska is passionate about gender equality, cultural diversity and creating an inclusive and equitable workplace that fuels innovative thinking. She has designed and delivered successful global Diversity & Inclusion strategies & campaigns for small and large organisations, spanning across relevant people policies to creating ‘safe spaces’ for everyone at work. She is a certified Professional Behaviour (DISC) Analyst (CPBA) and Mental Health First Aider.
