Tímea joined Oxford HR in 2023 as an executive coach and OD consultant after spending 23+ years working in the private sector, accumulating a wealth of talent and organisation development experience in global, multi-cultural environments. She brings experience from FMCG, IT, technology, gaming, entertainment, manufacturing, renewable energy, MedTech, banking, investment management, retail, consulting & non-profit sectors.
She has been coaching since 2009 working with senior executives globally. She’s been an independent consultant since 2019. In 2022, she completed a degree in People and Organisation Development where her research focussed on the psychological side of founder succession and its success factors.
At Oxford HR, Tímea focusses on supporting founder-CEO transitions as a coach and consultant. After completing her year-long research into the subject, she continues to apply her findings in her practice both in the private and non-profit sectors gathering deeper insights into the psychology of succession.
Tímea speaks English and Hungarian, holds a bachelor’s degree in IT education and 2 master’s degrees in HR and Organisation Development. She lives in Buckinghamshire with her husband.
