Samantha is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of coaching senior leaders to be more effective and assessing for selection and development using a wide range of psychometric instruments. Her work has mitigated the risk of unsuitable hires as well as enhanced performance impacting on areas such as staff attrition, well-being, productivity, and motivation. She brings empathy and warmth to build strong relationships quickly with others. This is critical in coaching relationships as research suggests that this relationship is crucial for the success of the coaching. She is also curious, enquiring and challenging in her work. She has a master’s degree in coaching and is able to apply her significant knowledge of psychological and coaching theories on a bespoke basis with her clients. IT savvy, she enjoys applying technology whenever she can to her work. She has extensive experience working with for-purpose organisations including as a volunteer.
