Mayank has wide-ranging international management experience across industries and geographies, including business development, mergers & acquisition, human capital management and organisation design.
Most recently, Mayank was the founding CEO of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) responsible for the credentialling and professional development of HR professionals and spearheading various initiatives to nurture progressive HR practices to support companies’ business transformation.
Mayank is a serving Board Director of the Yellow Ribbon Singapore (formerly SCORE), a statutory board under the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs, set up to help inmates and ex-offenders rebuild their lives. He also serves on the Board of Heartware Network, a youth charity. He is a gazetted Tripartite Mediation Advisor with the Ministry of Manpower.
Mayank started his career in the Singapore Police Force in various staff and command roles. He holds an MA in Economics from University of Cambridge, UK and MSc in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, USA.
