Kaemorine is an organisational psychologist and executive coach who has helped professionals and organisations enhance wellbeing, inclusivity, and performance. Her interest lies in helping underrepresented people in organisations succeed. Highly experienced with expertise in supporting cross-cultural clients, she has collaborated with individuals from varied industries including technology, e-commerce, digital telecom, finance, research, and government organisations.
She is known for her passion in championing equity, diversity, and inclusion and provides training and workshops to facilitate cultural change such as inclusive leadership, neurodiversity awareness, allyship; and microaggressions in the workplace. Kaemorine has also managed and delivered several, coaching training and recruitment projects; making them fairer for Black, Asian, ethnic minorities, LGBT+ and neurodiverse individuals.
