With a background in organisation and leadership development, Jenna has committed herself to partnering with for-purpose sector organisations and leaders to increase their impact. She adopts a whole-of-systems approach and focuses on individual, team and organisation level solutions. Together with her co-director David Cook, Jenna leads a team of organisational psychologists, leadership and OD experts, executive coaches, and equity, diversity and inclusion specialists. She has a keen interest in the use of psychometric assessments and, although now based in the UK, she studied organisational psychology at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
