Josje Reinartz

Josje joined Oxford HR in 2019. Her expertise lies in (co)-leadership, institutional development, network management and business operations in the fields of health, environment, and international cooperation.

She brings 25 years of international experience. Josje was COO for Wetlands International’s global network of 20 offices and led the Sibusiso treatment centre for mentally disabled children in Tanzania. Before that she worked with Médecins sans Frontières. As an Operations Director she was part of the strategic management team in the Operational Centre Amsterdam and responsible for the programmes in Central Asia and West Africa. Josje lived in Angola, Azerbaijan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, Mozambique, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda and worked with the teams in many other countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

As an executive search consultant, Josje worked on recruiting executives with many global organisations such as Médecins Sans Frontières, WWF, the Green Climate Fund, Greenpeace international, Plan International, Heifer International, Bonsucro, New Forests, International SOS,  and DNDi.

Josje holds a Master of International Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
