What a motivating and rewarding year 2022 has been for us all, and the end of the year provides the chance to reflect on where we were and where we are now, and inevitably, where our ambitions will drive us in 2023.
This year saw the introduction of an entirely new OE team, we have gradually scaled up with a new Head of OE and one permanent Organisational Psychologist, and the newest piece of our puzzle joining in January 2023. We have doubled and diversified our associate pool, and admittedly have a growing appetite to continue this expansion in each of the hubs to drive contextualised solutions in multiple languages.
With the team in place, 2023 will see OE introducing new product offerings, expanding the assessment offering and creating more visibility internally and externally on how we can collectively identify opportunities to set purpose-driven organisations up for success. In addition to this, we are looking to grow CEO Founder Transition Services, and Board Effectiveness Services in Europe and Africa, with Asia and the America’s to follow.
Thank you to each of the hubs for your collaboration in 2022, 2023 will see us fly even higher.
Wishing you and your families a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
