UHAI is Africa’s first indigenous activist fund, supporting and resourcing LGBTIQ and sex worker movements across the continent to drive equality, dignity, and justice.

Key Objectives

We conducted Hogan team assessments for this organisation and created a workshop to enable team members to understand their strengths and development areas. This was not only necessary for the current team, it also helped to understand the team gaps in preparation for a new hire. The workshop was a half day virtual session with case studies and practical elements. The outcome is that the delegates understood themselves better and were able to come up with action plans to plug skills gaps.
