Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF Operational Centre Amsterdam (OCA) is a partnership between three primary MSF sections: Germany, Holland and the United Kingdom, and three strategic partners: Sweden, Canada and the OCA South Asia Regional Association. OCA assists populations in crises where there is a high level of medical and humanitarian need.
Key Objectives
Oxford HR has a long-standing relationship with MSF OCA, having placed the joint post of OCA Management Team Chair and General Director of MSF Holland, which is the highest executive function of the OCA and the highest executive function of MSF Holland, respectively, in addition to multiple Senior Directors. These include Director of Operations, Director of Resources and Medical Director.
