The African Development Bank (AfDB) is a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The AfDB is a financial provider to African governments and private companies investing in the regional member countries, with the mission to spur sustainable economic development and social progress in its regional member countries, thus contributing to poverty reduction.
Key Objectives
Oxford HR has been working with AfDB on a range of services since August 2018. We have completed 16 executive search assignments for AfDB, including Vice-President Technology and Corporate Services; Director, Strategy and Operational Policies; Director Non-Sovereign Operations and Private Sector Support Departments; Director Country Economics; Director Infrastructure Cities and Urban Development; Director African Natural Resources Center; and Director Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
