As part of Oxford HR’s commitment to supporting knowledge sharing within the for-purpose sector, we have launched a series of focussed panel discussions across different topics. The panel will explore what inclusion means in the context of climate and environmental action, how leaders and organisations can bring different people into the conversation and the benefits of an inclusive approach to tackling the climate crisis – important themes in the year of COP26. Featuring four panellists including Shweta Bahri, Co-Founder of Earth Warriors, Sarah Roberts, Interim CEO at Practical Action, Catriona Corfield – Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the Woodland Trust and Binyam Yakob Gebreyes, Researcher at International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED).
