Tim has over 30 years experience working and consulting in the for-purpose sector. He has served on the executive management teams of 4 INGOs working closely with boards of directors, and led organizational strategic planning processes at three organizations giving him a deep understanding of the complexities of non-profit management for INGOs.
Tim’s expertise encompasses executive management, business development, strategic planning, organizational change, and organizational learning processes. In addition, Tim brings a deep understanding of technical program management in the livelihoods, food and nutrition security, agriculture, natural resource management, gender, youth, and community health fields.
He has a Masters in Agricultural Engineering from the Cranfield Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Mathematics from the University of Newcastle, both based in the UK. He has worked throughout Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, and North America, and is based in Santa Fe, NM, USA.
In his spare time, Tim is an avid squash player and tries to grow vegetables in his garden.
