Thierry brings to Oxford HR 30 years of experience in the international development sector. An economist by training, he has designed and led activities in a variety of sectors, including microenterprise development, financial inclusion, social capital, poverty measurement, health financing, and inclusive insurance. He also served on professional boards and as adjunct professor of financial inclusion at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. In his spare time, Thierry curates and delivers online courses about Johann Sebastian Bach’s music.
