Sarah Redshaw

Sarah brings over 30 years’ experience working in both the private and international non-government sector. She is a HR professional and has worked across a wide range of People team roles at a country, region and global level. She brings expertise in Partnering Leaders and is passionate about supporting leadership teams to develop the organisation, talent and skills required to deliver the organisational mission. Sarah has a breadth of expertise in team development, reward, safeguarding, resourcing, change management, ER, talent management, engagement and HR systems & processes.

She volunteered in rural Tanzania with Raleigh International and is a Non-Executive Board Trustee at an organisation called Coin Street, which has a strong social purpose and the local London community at its heart.
