Nick specializes in technology development and a commitment to strengthening organizations focused on social impact and global development. At Oxford HR, he leads research initiatives for organizations including Oceana, The Syria Campaign, Near East Foundation, McKnight Foundation, Latin American Leadership Organization (LALA), FCAM Foundation, and Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA).
His career is also dedicated to ensuring the safety and precision of various generative AI models at companies like Meta. He held research roles with the United Nations Development Programme in Istanbul, where he analyzed AI applications for sustainable development and conducted economic research across the MENA region. He has supported development initiatives in Cambodia, where he worked on anti-trafficking programs with the Nomi Network, and in Uganda, where he helped scale sustainable energy solutions for refugee camps with Potential Energy.
Nick holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard University and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Art History from Santa Clara University.
