She has worked as a senior recruiter in Australia and an in-house recruiter in New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Japan, earning accolades for her outstanding performance. She has extensive experience hiring for senior-level and C-suite positions across various sectors, industries, and geographies. Her expertise includes recruitment process management from inception to completion, strategy and process design, and improvement. She also provides coaching and recruitment guidance for hiring managers and HR professionals to identify internal and external talent. Kaushalya is passionate about making a difference in the world through her work and believes in building long-term relationships with her clients and candidates.
