Janet Mulu is an Associate Consultant with Oxford HR, supporting organisations to identify and appoint exceptional executive leaders across the UK and emerging markets. With over 20 years of experience spanning banking, international trade, development and consulting, she brings a strong understanding of leadership and organisational needs in complex, multicultural and rapidly evolving environments, with particular insight into Africa and emerging markets.
Janet is passionate about inclusive and diverse leadership and helping organisations build leadership teams that deliver sustainable, long-term impact. Her cross-sector experience and understanding of international development & emerging markets enable her to bring a thoughtful, pragmatic and context-sensitive approach to executive search.
She holds an MSc in International Trade and Finance from London Metropolitan University and is an experienced trainer and facilitator. Janet is also the Founder of ImpactDev Ltd, (trading as ImpacTower, focused on empowering sustainable trade, inclusive growth and positive impact.
