Gareth Griffiths

Associate Director, Europe

Gareth Griffiths

Gareth joined Oxford HR in early 2026, bringing with him 13+ years experience in the development sector – first as Global Head of Recruitment for both Plan International and MSI Choices, and then as a Director with Red Sea Search. Prior to this, he had worked in recruitment across various sectors – health, public sector, security and FMCG.

Gareth has placed Board, Executive and Director level appointments across Europe, Africa and Asia – his many years of working in-house gives a great insight into the talent problems that organisations face, allowing him to build great partnerships with HR and Executive Teams alike.

Previous clients include Chemonics, Clean Air Fund, European Climate Foundation, Frankfurt Zoological Society, GAIN, GOAL, Habitat for Humanity, HelpAge International, Madre Brava, MapAction, Meliore Foundation, Oppportunity International, Oxfam, Power of Nutrition, Saferworld, Search for Common Ground, and Transport & Environment.
