

David plays a dual role at Oxford HR. Having originally joined the business in 2019 to set up what has become our successful Leadership & Change practice, he now plays a supporting role part time to this fast growing area led by Jenna Pilley, whilst also providing strategic guidance to the Oxford HR business as a whole. He brings over 30 years of experience working both as a change leader within and a consultant to global organisations across the for purpose, public and private sectors. David is a Chartered Occupational and Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach, and an Associate Leadership Coach at Cambridge Judge Business School.
