Blessing is a Project and Administrative Coordinator with over three years of experience supporting international executive search projects at Oxford HR, working across Africa, Europe and Asia. Her work has included coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously, liaising with clients, candidates and internal teams, preparing project and status reports, coordinating meetings and documentation, and supporting reference and background-check processes across different countries and time zones.
She also brings over nine years of experience in training administration and coordination, having managed large-scale training programmes involving candidates, facilitators, partners and regional teams.
Alongside her professional work, Blessing volunteers as a Project Manager with Awareness and Restoration Foundation South Africa, where she coordinates community-based mental wellness initiatives, workshops and outreach programmes, while supporting partnerships, reporting and project planning.
With a BSc in Human Resources Management and an MSc background in Industrial Psychology, she combines strong coordination and organisational skills with a practical understanding of people and workplace dynamics.
