Baillie is an experienced coach and social entrepreneur who is passionate about supporting purpose-led people and organisations through periods of transition. She holds a BA from Harvard College in Psychology and Economics, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. Baillie is the founder of two award-winning charities in the criminal justice sector: Venturing Out (now run by Babson University) teaches entrepreneurship in prisons in the USA, and Spark Inside coaches people in UK prisons. Now, Baillie runs Being In-Between, which coaches exiting founders, people in career transitions, and graduating students to find clarity on their next steps. She assists with coaching and consulting entrepreneurs, socially conscious leaders, and philanthropists. Baillie has also delivered 4 TEDx talks and multiple keynote speeches.
