Fiona Lavery

Fiona Lavery is a senior People leader with more than 20 years’ experience across international development, healthcare, consultancy and commercial organisations. She has partnered with CEOs, Boards, and Executive Teams to shape organisational strategy and translate ambition into practical outcomes. Her experience spans across the full employee lifecycle and in particular, organisational design and transformation, leadership and culture, workforce planning, employee experience and operational effectiveness. Having led functions including People, Finance, IT, Facilities and Operations, Fiona brings a broad understanding of how people, resources and organisational systems must work together to support performance and sustainable growth.

Fiona spent more than 12 years at WaterAid in senior UK and global leadership roles and was most recently People and Operations Director at PPL. She is known for building trusted partnerships, combining strategic insight with a pragmatic approach, and offering thoughtful challenge to help leaders align people and organisational priorities with business outcomes. Fiona is also an experienced leadership coach and is completing an ICF-accredited coaching qualification which goes alongside her Masters in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
