Valentina Serra

Valentina Serra is a search and leadership advisor with more than 12 years’ experience specialising in board, executive and senior leadership appointments. Her specialist interests lie in international development and philanthropies, but she brings her expertise to all of our sector areas. Before joining Oxford HR, Valentina held roles at Perrett Laver, Minerva, Gatenby Sanderson and Green Park, working with senior stakeholders on complex searches in the UK and internationally. Her experience spans civil society and social impact organisations, international NGOs and foundations, education and the wider public sector.
