On 21st April, during the Skoll Forum 2026, Oxford HR raised a glass with friends old and new to celebrate 30 years, in the surrounds of the beautiful Brasenose College, Oxford. Three decades of supporting organisations to find, grow and lead with exceptional people, was a milestone to recognise.

From global development to climate action, social justice to philanthropy, Oxford HR has been building leadership that makes a difference. It was a moment to reflect on the partnerships created, the impact delivered, and the countless individuals who have shaped the work.

David Lale, Group CEO, said ‘As a global consultancy, we cannot all be here in this room today, but to our teams across the world and to those no longer with us, we thank you for your hard work and dedication to the mission of our organisation. We live in turbulent times, and our contribution to bring focus and clarity to leadership feels more important than ever.’

As Oxford HR enters its fourth decade and develops leadership services across its sector areas, the focus remains firmly on supporting leaders and organisations to navigate change, build resilience, and deliver impact.
