Led by and representing feminist movements and youth advocates in the majority of the world, Women Deliver plays a conduit role for global collective action on gender equality. Women Deliver is driven to protect and promote the bodily autonomy of girls, women, and gender diverse people, with specific focus on their own control over their sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Oxford HR partnered with Women Deliver to find and place Paola Salwan Daher, Senior Director of Collective Action and Anita Yuen, Chief Partnerships Officer.

This April, Women Deliver will be using its convening power to bring gender equality advocates together in Naarm (Melbourne) Australia. The conference will serve as a moment to chart the future direction of the fight for gender equality by bringing together partners around a shared vision. A historic first it will be hosted on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. Launching at the conference will be the Feminist Playbook, a bold, collective declaration to chart the path forwards: “a moment to stop playing defense and begin boldly shaping narratives and systems of our own” (Maliha Khan, CEO, Women Deliver). The Playbook will outline a feminist vision for action: a unifying roadmap toward gender equality, rooted in care, solidarity, and intersectional justice. It will be built through global consultations, plenaries, workshops,

and strategy sessions at the conference. The shared commitment of all involved will be expressed through concrete pledges real, actionable steps toward change.

On this International Women’s Day, Oxford HR support the efforts of all organizations and activists who refuse to shrink or stand down. We support the collective efforts of all those fighting for a better world.
