Key Objectives

IDH Trade wanted to delve into and understand more about their EDI journey. It was proposed that we deliver a bespoke, face-to-face inclusive leadership workshop with the senior leadership team. This three-hour workshop involved in depth understanding and discussion of topics including culture, bias, skills needed in inclusive leadership and understanding how to be an active bystander. The outcome was that the senior leaders understood the main topics associated with equity, diversity and inclusion.
