Jill is an experienced executive search, leadership and certfied executive coach, having held senior positions at several leading agencies. She has worked with board governance, group coaching and psychometric evaluations, working across cultures and continents. She was the former CEO of Futures Group Europe (now Palladium) sourcing, managing and coaching the highest calibre health and development executives for their world-wide programmes and worked also for the former Department for International Development, UK, establishing their programme for sexual health.
She holds her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Senior Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is professionally certified in Emotional Quotient EQ.20 and EQ 360 Assessments, Hogan Personality Profiles as well as several other assessments which she often uses as a baseline for individual and group coaching relationships to improve team culture and performance. As a behavioral scientist, she is driven by the potential to help others find their true career path. Previous coaching clients have said she is an empathetic listener, yet a challenging coach who encourages clients to risk thinking differently, so they can address vital issues in the workplace or consider their next career move in the right direction. She is also the Social Impact Advisor at the London Business School, coaching mid-career master’s students, while coaching senior staff at many international organizations. Her executive search work has included sourcing and placing some of the most influential people on the planet that can improve, our world. and she is particularly devoted to coaching emerging market talent to prepare for senior positions and is highly motivated to help future leaders convert “thinking about doing into highly productive outcomes.” Her latest book, “Why Brave Women Win – Creating Your Path to Confidence and Power in the Workplace” was a best-seller.
